Quinn joined Teamworks Marketing with over 15 years experience in operations management, customer service, and sales and marketing. Most recently, he served as the Senior Director of Operations for AGR Field Services, with the primary goal of increased accuracy in sales and commission reporting, as well as increasing the acceptance percentage of existing sales.
Quinn is well versed at using modern technology to also bring about a better quality product for both the consumer and client. He also is actively involved with volunteering for various humanitarian activities such as education and drug awareness.

Milly has worked in various facets of call center and field services operations and has over a decade of experience in management of customer acquisitions, compliance, third party verifications and account management.
In her day-to-day, Milly oversees departmental functions involving Account Management, Order Processing, Finance and Quality Control. Milly is responsible for advancing processes of TeamWork’s clients and sales partners, relationship development and management, ensuring satisfaction and longevity of our services, fulfillment of customer submissions and utility responses on enrollment requests for our sales partners.
Michigan Sales Manager
Chris Payment’s role with Teamworks Marketing is to drive high quality sales and build lasting relationships, primarily across Michigan.
Chris comes to Teamworks Marketing with over 20 years in the door-to-door industry. He has run successful door-to-door campaigns in the energy, cable and telecom markets, working consistently in the top 10 retailers of the door-to-door channels. Since 2011, Chris has been more and more focused on the deregulated energy sector, developing direct contracts with many suppliers and establishing relationships with groups such as AGR, connecting him to Teamworks Marketing. Chris prides himself on quality of sales versus quantity — a trait echoed by Teamworks, and typically grows his sales teams organically.
Ohio Sales Manager
Ted Barker is Teamworks’ Ohio Sales Manager, responsible for all sales targets, staffing and office expansion across the state. Prior to joining Teamworks, Ted owned and operated a successful consultancy, offering growth-focused administrative and sales guidance to businesses with a primary emphasis in the medical arts.
As a former Executive Director for an Ohio-based humanitarian organization, Ted brings a wealth of human capital expertise to Teamworks. He’s intuitive, decisive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure Teamworks clients receive stellar customer service and results.

With a decade of experience in the direct sales industry, Philip has proven to be an invaluable asset to our team. His reputation was built in the deregulated energy sector through a stellar bottom-to-top performance. Beginning as the top sales agent in his state, he worked his way through every level of the industry until owning his own sales firms and leading some of the top energy sales teams in the country. His experience has gained him a very thorough, masterful knowledge of energy marketing in direct sales.
